Welcome to Borgo la Stella, the soul place of our family. We are Britta and Matthias Trinker and our children, Marius-Luca and Philippe-Leon.
Our love for Tuscany has a long history.
Since 2001, when we were still a young couple, we discovered this corner of the land and were enchanted by its magic and the uniqueness of its wines.
It was here that we exchanged promises to marry and to live our future lives together.
As passionate wine connoisseurs and lovers, 20 years later we acquired Borgo la Stella, realizing our dream.
At about 600 meters above sea level, surrounded by woods and with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills extending to Siena, lies our wonderful vineyard.
For us, this place represents immense wealth. Here return the memories of Britta’s grandmother and her exquisite gnocchi. This idyllic place generates new energy in us and immerses us in the heart of nature: the flowering in spring, the ripening of the grapes in summer, the harvest in autumn, and then our delicious wine. Each wine is unique and has its own individual designation. Discover them all!

Benvenuti a Borgo la Stella, il luogo dell’anima della nostra famiglia.
Siamo Britta e Matthias Trinker e i nostri figli, Marius-Luca e Philippe-Leon.
Il nostro amore per la Toscana ha una lunga storia.
Dal 2001, quando ancora eravamo una giovane coppia scoprimmo questo angolo di territorio e rimanemmo incantati dalla sua magia e dal’uunicità dei suoi vini.
È qui che ci scambiammo la promessa di sposarci e vivere in futuro la nostra vita insieme.
Da appassionati estimatori e amanti del vino, 20 anni dopo abbiamo acquisito Borgo la Stella, realizzando il nostro sogno.
A circa 600 metri di altezza, circondato dai boschi e con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline toscane, estesa fino a Siena, si trova il nostro meraviglioso vigneto.
Per noi questo luogo rappresenta una immensa ricchezza. Qui tornano i ricordi della nonna di Britta e dei suoi squisiti gnocchi. Questo luogo idilliaco genera in noi una nuova energia e ci immerge nel cuore della natura: la fioritura in primavera, la maturazione dei grappoli in estate, la vendemmia in autunno, e poi il nostro vino delizioso. Willkommen auf „Borgo la Stella“ – dem Herzensort unserer Familie. Wir: Das sind Britta und Matthias Trinker und unsere Söhne Marius-Luca und Philippe-Leon.
Unsere Liebe zur Toskana hat eine lange Geschichte. Seitdem wir 2001 den Landstrich erstmals als Paar erkundeten, sind wir von seiner Magie und seinen einzigartigen Weinen verzaubert.
Hier versprachen wir uns, künftig gemeinsam durchs Leben zu gehen und zu heiraten.
Mit „Borgo la Stella“ haben wir uns als leidenschaftliche Weinliebhaber gut 20 Jahre später einen Traum erfüllt. Auf etwa 600 Metern Höhe, umgeben von Wald und einem atemberaubenden Blick über die toskanischen Hügel bis auf das terracottafarbene Siena befindet sich unser wundervolles Weingut.
Dieser Ort ist für uns alle ein unermesslicher Schatz. Hier erwecken wir Erinnerungen an Brittas Nonna und ihre vorzüglichen Gnocchi. In dieser Idylle schöpfen wir neue Energie und erleben die Natur hautnah: Die Blüte im Frühjahr, das Reifen der Trauben im Sommer, die Lese im Herbst – und dann … köstlicher Wein. Jeder ist besonders und trägt seinen eigenen Namen.
