70% Sangiovese | 25% Cabernet Sauvignon | 5% Merlot

The Chirone 2011 is a rich yet structured and elegant IGT with delightful tannin and deep colour. It has blackberries on the nose with a cherry note. A mouthful of flavour beguiles the senses, then the long finish leaves you wanting more. A juicy wine which still retains its authentic terroir character.

The colour is intense. The aromas of cherry and wild berries are harmonious. The wine is fresh, elegant and the tannins are soft. Pleasant to drink now, the spicy aromas will develop over time.
